The Honey

Bees are vital for pollinating many of our food crops, yet agricultural chemicals, bee disease and poor management have led to bees dying in many parts of the world. We strongly believe that we have a role as a company to support best practice in the Australian beekeeping industry. In buying honey from independent beekeepers, we are building relationships with the people on the ground working the hives. The honey is raw, unpasteurized and untreated with antibiotics or miticides. 

Honey by nature has a lighter footprint than grain or sugars used in other drinks. No extra fields are ploughed up, or fertilizers spread and no chemical sprays are needed. We believe that it is one of the most sustainable ingredients available.
